1  Data we collect

Depending on your interaction with us, we collect identification and contact details; billing and delivery details; orders, returns and customer service messages; account credentials if accounts are offered; payment status and transaction identifiers (payment card data is handled by our payment provider as described at checkout); marketing preferences and consent records; and device, log, cookie and browsing data. We may receive delivery updates from carriers and transaction confirmations from payment providers. We do not ask you to submit sensitive data in ordinary shopping or support messages.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, these include protecting the shop, preventing abuse and responding to disputes after balancing those interests against your rights. Providing checkout details is necessary to fulfil an order; without them we cannot process or deliver it. Marketing and optional cookies are optional and refusing them does not prevent a purchase.

3  Cookies and marketing choices

Strictly necessary technologies support functions such as cart, checkout, security and consent preferences. We activate analytics, advertising or other non-essential trackers only after valid consent where required. The cookie panel must offer meaningful accept, reject and granular choices, and allow you to change or withdraw your choice at any time. The actual cookie names, providers, purposes, durations and third-party access must be listed in cookie table. Newsletter consent is separate from checkout; you can withdraw it via the unsubscribe link or info@jalize.com.

4  Who receives the data

We disclose data only as necessary to Hostinger hosting, Nexi XPay, google analytics, professional advisers, and competent authorities where required. Complete the provider list with the precise roles, countries and links to their notices. Service providers acting for us are subject to appropriate data processing arrangements; independent controllers have their own responsibilities.

5  International transfers

Your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area by the providers listed above. For transfers to countries without an EU adequacy decision, we use an applicable safeguard such as the European Commission standard contractual clauses and supplementary measures where required, or a valid statutory derogation for a specific transfer. If Swiss personal data is transferred abroad, we also follow the Swiss FADP requirements that apply to that transfer.

6  Your rights

Subject to the applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact info@jalize.com. We may need to verify your identity. EU/EEA individuals may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority; in Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it). Swiss individuals may exercise rights under the Swiss FADP and contact the FDPIC (www.edoeb.admin.ch). We will respond within the applicable statutory periods.

7  United States privacy rights

Residents of certain US states may have additional rights where the relevant state privacy law applies to our business, including access, deletion, correction and opt-out rights. Requests can be sent to info@jalize.com; we will honour applicable rights and appeal procedures. We do not describe data transfers to advertising partners as “no sale” or “no sharing” until the actual tag and contract setup has been assessed.

8  Children security and automated decisions

Our online shop is intended for adults; we do not knowingly solicit personal data from children for direct marketing. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data, including access controls and service provider oversight. No security measure is absolute.

9  Changes and contact
